Warranty Policy

Saflon cookware is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship with normal home use from the date of original purchase throughout the first three (3) years. If your cookware proves to be defective within this period, we will repair it or replace it at no charge to you, except for shipping and handling. If the item you return is discontinued and is no longer available, Saflon will automatically replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured. Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal.

This warranty does not cover stains, discoloration, burned and loose handles, glass lids, or scratches due to normal wear and tear, damage, misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or if not cared for according to the instructions.
